  • To support patient recovery, our visiting hours are strictly:
         * Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
         * Evening: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

  • Children are permitted to visit but must be under the constant supervision of an adult to ensure the comfort and quiet of all patients.

  • To maintain a peaceful environment and ensure infection control, we typically allow a maximum of two visitors per patient at any given time.

  • We accept a wide range of providers including NHIF (Social Health Authority - SHA), Jubilee, Britam, Heritage, and APA. Please contact our billing office to verify your specific cover.

  • We accept several payment methods, including Cash, M-PESA, and Credit/Debit cards (Visa/Mastercard).
