Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Scheduling & Arrival Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete any necessary paperwork. Identification: New patients must present a valid ID and valid insurance card upon arrival. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid delaying other patients. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice Period: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated No-Shows: Patients with three or more consecutive no-shows may be restricted from using the online booking system and will need to call the hospital directly. 3. Medical Disclaimers (Critical) Emergency Situations: Do not use this booking system for medical emergencies. Appointment Confirmation: Your booking is a "Request" until confirmed by our staff via email/text. We reserve the right to shift appointments based on urgent clinical priorities.
